I am an internist who has been in private practice for the past thirteen years. After graduating from medical school I completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary medicine. While building my practice I worked as an ER physician for several years - it convinced me even more that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

My passion has always been for my patients - maintaining health and preventing disease. Unfortunately, traditional medicine does not deal with the whole patient or prevention. It is a disease driven model: You're either healthy or you're sick. I believe that there's a model in between - the chance to prevent, modify or change diet, behavior or genes to maintain health, youthfulness, vitality and happiness. By the same token we prevent disease, deterioration and health.
